Polystainer Automatic Slide Staining The Polystainer is a fully user programmable robotic stainer capable of delivering high quality stained slides for clinical and research Haematology and Microbiology labs. The Polystainer will take over the tedious job of slide staining and free lab staff to get on with the work only skilled scientists are trained to do, that is the microscopic evaluation of the stained slide. To facilitate more thorough staining and to speed up staining time the Polystainer features slide agitation at the stain and water stations, which can be adjusted for speed and amplitude. The programming also includes the option for draining time after each reagent to minimize carry over of stains and reagents thereby prolonging the life of stains and reagents. The staining racks for the Polystainer hold 20 slides and are made of stainless steel for long life and durability. |
